Membership in the group is 33€ per month, which comes to around 8€ per rehearsal. This fee helps cover rehearsal and performance venue rentals, staff compensation, and music licensing costs.

We will send you a link to set up your payments. After clicking the "Join Now!" button, you can choose to sign up for a monthly subscription using either a credit card or a SEPA Mandate. In both cases, the membership fee will be automatically deducted from your account each month. You will see the “parent company” for IEC “Towermint Studios” on your payments.

If you’d like to receive a monthly receipt of your payment, let us know. You’re free to cancel your membership anytime, for any reason, by email.

You pay once a month by bank transfer (SEPA).

Your membership starts on the day you decide to join, after your two free trial rehearsals. From that day, your payment covers 4 weeks of rehearsals.

Each month, your payment will be collected on the same day you joined, and an invoice will be generated that matches your personal payment schedule, not the calendar month.

So don’t worry if you join at the end or middle of the month. Your membership and payments are based on your own join date.

To cancel your membership, please email us at info@internationalenglishchoirs.com with your cancellation request. Once we receive your email, we will cancel any future payments and remove your personal data from our system in accordance with our privacy policy.

Please note that cancellations made during an active billing cycle will not be eligible for a refund. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

To ensure the choir’s stability, memberships cannot typically be paused for reasons like vacations, busy periods, or business trips.

However, in cases of medical emergencies or short-term hardships, we may offer temporary arrangements to hold your spot without payment.

Your membership secures one of the 60 spots in our choir and helps us plan resources effectively. If you plan to study abroad or travel extensively, you’re welcome to cancel your membership and rejoin later. If the choir is full upon your return, you can join our waitlist, and we’ll notify you when a spot opens up!

As a member, you'll have access to the exclusive IEC member section, where you can connect with others in the community, watch quarterly webinars led by professionals, attend special IEC social events, share feedback with your choir committee, and explore additional learning resources. You'll also be able to suggest songs, vote on what we sing, and join our lively WhatsApp group to stay in the loop and chat with fellow members.
