International English Choirs was founded by Jared Ice with the belief that music should be a shared and active experience, not a performance reserved for professionals. All of our choirs are community-based rather than performance-driven, and we prioritize collaboration over competition. Our goal is to create an environment where people connect through music, support one another, and enjoy the process of singing together regardless of background or skill level.

We offer two main programs:

Community Choirs

These choirs are open to everyone, with no auditions required. We focus on fun, musical growth, and building meaningful relationships. Each choir is limited to 60 members to maintain a strong group dynamic. Groups rehearse weekly and perform at local events throughout the year. Corporate Choirs

Our workplace choirs offer companies a creative way to strengthen team culture, support employee well-being, and build meaningful connections across departments. These choirs bring together people from different areas of the company who might not usually interact, encouraging collaboration and bonding across teams. Each group works toward a shared musical goal in an environment where titles take a back seat to collaboration, and everyone contributes equally. This structure fosters unity, mutual respect, and a strong sense of shared purpose. In addition to our main choir programs, we also run special events like IEC Sing Along, an open-format, social singing night designed to be accessible, low-pressure, and fun. We also offer children’s choir camps, creating opportunities for younger singers to explore music in a supportive and playful environment.

All of our choirs are led by experienced professionals with backgrounds in music, group facilitation, and community building. We focus not only on musical quality, but also on creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
